To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropertyFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PropertyFlow from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms
